Accepted Payments: Cash, Debit/Credit, and Venmo. We do not accept Checks.

Please acknowledge that most items are used, therefore all items will be sold “as is”. Once a sale is completed, it is final, and refunds are not offered.

Please bring help to load large heavy items, as we do not help moving items. Items are granted until the last day of the sale to be removed.

Parker Estate Services LLC and the property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries. 

All major valuables will not be on the premises until the sale starts. Discounts do not apply to precious metals and fine jewelry. No pricing will be relayed before the sale starts.

Please be considerate of driveways and fire hydrants when parking.
